A cautionary tale. It was premium renewal (800-1200/yr depending on registrar). Had about 1 low-ball offer a month, also one mid X,XXX but buyer backed out last minute. I believe transfer price played a role.

Now I know high premium renewals are huge gamble with your money and will stay away.

Space is the next big thing and this domain could have been sold for more if kept longer. Definitely a great brand in the field, despite the double s at the middle.

But I have decided to set a price that would have it sold today instead... You know, have to bring home some bacon today as well.

Curious to see whether it will be developed or an investor bought it for resale. I'd bet on the latter.
