The health of a relative of mine has declined very drasticaly lately especially mentally. He always was a fan of domains and got quite lucky a few times a long long time ago. In the last few years he accumulated almost 200 Domains but now he isn't able to log in anymore or sell them by himself. He asked me to do it for him so he could cover some medical bills. After a long time I was able to listen a handful on "sedo".
All the only appraisel tools give me appraisels from 0€ - 15.000€ depending on the domain, but some seem very random.
One Page appraises one domain with 9.000€ the other one estimates "ulikely to sell", the last one said around 100-290$
I have already posted on reddit r/domains and they told me to come to this forum. So I wanted to say Hi and ask for any kind of advice I could get!
Should I just all list them on SEDO? How can I know which ones are good and which aren't? According to him it they should be worth a few thousands.
