Registrar for obscure cctld needed

Hi there,

Im looking for a site similar to

irtld.com

Basically they allow people to order .ir domains and then pass the requests onto the main registry (i.e. irtld.com is in English while the main .ir registry is in Arabic, so it allows people who dont know arabic to get a .ir domain through an English site). So what happens is that irtld accept registrations from customers for say $50, and then register the domains for the customer while pocketing the profit and manage the domain for them.

If anyone can help me fix up a site similar to irtld.com Id greatly appreciate it
