WTB - Custom Blogger Template - Needed ASAP

I am looking for someone to design me a custom three column Blogger template for a domain name selling site. The layout should be similar to my main site, jlg 365 (dot) com, but with rounded corners and colors built around the logo which I will provide. The template should also include SEO friendly meta tags. I have next to no programming talents, but this should be a simple job for almost any developer. My budget is $40. I need this template completed ASAP as I want to get this site up and running before I have hand surgery in a few days. Please PM me with samples if you are interested.
