We'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support of
RegisterSite.com. Without customers like you, we would not have the
opportunity to expand our services as we are now!
As part of a massive site redesign and expansion of our service offerings,
we've decided to change our name from RegisterSite.com to Misk
(http:///www.misk.com). This change will allow for future growth on top of
our domain registration services without being bound by the clear "domain
registration" oriented nature of a name like "RegisterSite.com." Our
company has not changed hands so you'll still be dealing with the same
friendly and knowledgeable support staff as before this change.
Rest assured; your domain names, DNS, and email services will continue to
function properly throughout this migration from RegisterSite.com to Misk.
What kind of changes will you see now that we are known as Misk?
Immediately, you will notice that our website has changed for the better in
terms of speed and appearance. We've managed to create an attractive site
that delivers results at lightning speed!
Once logged into your Misk control panel (using the same username and
password as you used for RegisterSite.com), you'll notice that the layout
is very intuitive with memorable icons for all major operations.
Informative Question and Answer (Q&A) sections have been added to most of
the control panel pages as well as quick links to support guides in our
extensive support section.
Over the next few weeks, you'll notice many more features being added to
the control panel. Some of those features soon to be released include mass
WHOIS updates and mass renewals! You'll be able to manage multiple domain
names at once!
The order process has been streamlined as well. Multiple domain orders
(including renewals!) can be added to your shopping cart and then checked
out all at once!
In our support section, you'll also notice major changes. The support
section now has a familiar hierarchical structure. We've also added
troubleshooting guides as well as extensive coverage of Frequently Asked
Questions.
