I won the domain at auction(closeouts) godaddy. Pay him a visit recently to the control panel and saw that there is no domain.
Then I wrote to support and got this response

Due to its complex nature, your issue has been relayed to our Advanced Technical Support Team. Our most skilled technicians will be working to resolve your issue quickly and completely. You will be notified promptly upon resolution.
Thanks,
GoDaddy.com, Inc
And now they said that have given me money. It is normal for godaddy?

You usually don't get domains from Go Daddy closeouts instantly. It takes a few days at least, assuming the current owner doesn't redeem it. Why your support request had to be relayed to the "Advanced Technical Support Team" is a mystery to me.

It takes about 2-3 days until you will have the domain name in your Control Panel.
You can do this, go over at My Bidding List, Won, and look at your domain. It should say something like: Won on DD-MM-YYYY, Yours on DD-MM-YYYY.

Dude.. You could ask godaddy what the time of day is and still get that response. They ALWAYS think its complex and always need help..

Poor souls..

That's hilarious
I can imagine them in a small office, eating chinese food, and when they receive an email: "Let's pass that to the Advanced Team, we're busy here"

Yeah, garbage, canned response.
A wait time is standard for closeout domains. Sometimes it can take upwards of a week or even two. I got a LLL.cc like that and it took a while. Often times, the domain enters closeout while the buyer technically still has an active renewal option (albeit for a greatly increased fee)
Statistically, 99% of domains that reach this stage don't get renewed- a high enough percentage that GD goes ahead and auctions them at a certain point- but they don't transfer until the grace period is 100% up.

At least that's the story I got...

Try again - Huge offices with lots of CSRs. Although frankly im guessing an inexperienced rep got this email and didnt know what to do with it. It happens.
