In order to help you manage your domains more effectively, we have
implemented significant improvements
to our domain management system. You have asked for these improvements and
we are proud to offer these
upgrades to all customers. Now you can change your auto renewal on and
off, view your domain renewal
date in your control panel and manage reactivation of your domain in the
control panel.
The first step in this process will be to synchronize your domain name
renewal date and billing date.
Currently, only new domains will have their billing and renewal dates
synchronized. In the
coming weeks, we will be synchronizing all existing domain renewal and
billing dates on a per domain basis.
This change will allow you to easily manage your domain name renewal, let
you easily keep track of
your domains and manage the domain renewal process.
You may notice that your new domains will have the option to control your
autorenewal settings in your
Control Panel. However, your older domain autorenewal settings will not be
available in the Control Panel
until all domains have been updated in the coming month. Please continue
to manage your current domain
renewal settings in the same way that you do now.
