Has anyone registered domain names at Misk.com? Weird registrar

PROBLEM SOLVED!


I'm going to receive a domain name by push at Misk.com at the end of the month.
Their platform seems very simple and if you don't have a domain name with them, all you can see in the control panel is your basic personal info. So I decided to register a domain name and see how they managing domain names. I registered the domain name, paid for the order, but there's nothing in my control panel. It's over 30 minutes now, the name still hasn't shown in my account, and I checked with Godaddy and other registrars, this domain name is still available for registration. All I can see in my Misk account is my basic personal info.

I wonder are they still in business? I thought Netsol is the worst, but at least you can register a domain name at netsol instantly.

Anyone has tried Misk.com before? Did I do anything wrong?

I hope they don't at the scale they claim to be at, It can easily be automated with EPP clients nowadays.
But their system was maybe backlogged when you placed your order

In the control, only the basic DNS can be edited.
To add a record, mx, txt would cost $25/year with their Domain Essentials? Again, did I do anything wrong?

I think this is common with many of the "old" registrars that didn't evolve over the years, you should still be able to change the nameservers of your domain and get free dns hosting elsewhere, such as a different registrar or your hosting provider of choice if they offer it.

I have seen same happening with NetworkSolutions. Paid for the domain that was available, 4-6 hours later, I got an email saying we can't register the name as it was already taken. I found that the name was registered at another registrar 2 hours after I had submitted order at NetworkSolutions. Damn, I lost the name thinking that I have already registered it.
