Registering domain names with bids on SEDO??

I saw a couple of domain names on sedo that have 4 and 5 bids, but when I looked on Godaddy and checked archive.org the domains are available to register. They were regged but they must have been dropped this year because archive.org has history on them.

The question is:

"Just based on the fact they have bids would you register these names if it were you?"

I suppose these bids could have been fabricated by the owner some how but I am just looking for your opinions.

The names are .coms and they are middle of the road at best.

Thanks

Eric

I'd pass unless the domains made Great sense to me ... But based on the fact they have had bids by itself - No. The previous registrants could have been bidding on their own domains for all we know.

Past bids are not necessarily indicative of future bids ...

Hearing things like this makes you wonder how "accurate" the 11.5 Million domains for sale as Sedo states on it's site... :yell:

I agree with Mark. I wouldn't register them based on only the "bids".
