$2.5 million domain on Sedo...

Fix Dot com has bids of 2.5 mill on sedo in the 'Top Ranked Domains in this Category', does this mean that is what its been bid upto? or are the above bids hidded. i ask because it seems to have had more bids since i last looked, yet the price remains 2.5 mill. how does this work?

The target price listed for a domain by the owner is no indication of the bids it has received.

2.5m is the asking price, bids are private (all we know is that they are above the min offer price.)

Would seem to indicate that the previous bids were near this level... although they can change the mini-bid at any point and old bid #'s would still show.

IMO a 1,700,000 $US offer is not lowballing. I would sell for that amount :sold:

I would take a guess and say that some of those offers made were probably done before he set his minimum to $1,700,000.

It always looks better to have a few previous offers before setting the minimum.

It's incredible that a domain name is worth that much.
I'm still finding my feet with sedo,but seeing such high prices floating about certainly is inspiration to keep trying to net that special name!
