I opened my first support ticket with registerfly last day, its been 24 hours now with no reponse.

I whish to know, what is the average response time from registerfly that other Npiers are getting from Registerfly.

Usually less than 24 hours, but I opened one 48 hours ago and still no response!

I'm guessing your's is to do with the fact that you can't checkout? Many people seem to be having the same problem but it is fixed now and so they will probably just ignore everyone's tickets.

my issue i quite strange. My domain .co.uk was succesfuly registered, i got the confirmatin email, and it appears in my domain list with correct expiry. but the domain shows available every where. Infect it is not registered at all.

Wait for one hour or two for the Nominet whois DB to update.
But it's very possible your name was not registered in spite of the confirmation you've got. It's a glitch in their system.
It has happened to me.
Don't trust them !

PS: make sure you check whois here: http://www.nominet.org.uk/
But it can take a few hours to show up.
See the last DB update timestamp in the whois.

Ok, well in a way I'm happy I'm not the only one that's happened to, but I'm also sorry to hear that's happened to someone else. I tried to register 2 .net's the 2nd, I went through the registration process, paid, and got the confirmation e-mail but neither was actually registered. And as of today the problem still hasn't been solved (and I'm still waiting to hear back from support regarding my support ticket as well, been waiting since the 3rd).

they have some problems now so you'll not get fast reponses, anyway even when they don't have problems you'll not get a fast answer.
the fastest answer that I've get from their support was in 30 minutes...but the average time is somewhere to 12 hours

It will be of much help JRBHosting, The client is on to me on this. It is ofcourse very bad to have a domain confirmed to be registered, where as any one else can take it.

They still haven't responded to mine, over 24 hrs. Paid for a renewal which has not been performed several days ago and been waiting 10 mins for live support.

Edit:- finally got through to their live support, which was helpful. It appears renewals are taking a long time as they are actually a transfer, as registerfly is transferring names that were previously held at different registrars (although under the guise of registerfly) into being 'genuinely' registered by themselves. i.e. they used to be a reseller and now they are a registrar in their own right.

:)

They have been saying that for a good 3 months now.

I guess you just have to be patient. I am pretty sure that they will respond because I hear that they are a good registrar.

Well, i also got a respons from them.

"The registration of domain is under process and will it will take some more time to update, as we are facing some technical problems with our registration system."

and gues what, the domain is in registration process since 8 days now.

P.S. I registered another domain again .co.uk and that was done instantly.

3 weeks without reply has been the longest for me. RegisterFly is the absolute lowest.

Thats why they have the most poor rating on registrar review thread. take a look. http://www.namepros.com/registerindex.php?review=9

and perhapes they are the most revied over 90 reviews. And every almost one has rated the support to be the worse. The last review is mine, and again with support getting the lowest number. :)

I had the same problem as well, in fact I'm still waiting for a refund for that transaction. It's been close to 3 days after providing my PayPal information for the transaction and so on. We'll see what happens.

After the first one, i have no reponse to my current open ticket with the issue pending.

So we have 3 members here with the same situation. And these three are the only one who responded to this thread. There will be, ofcourse many more.

make a phone call is the best solution. But don't call midnight, they will not answer it,
you will always be the "first" inline.
