I need to register on domain name at RegisterFly with my PayPal account funds. But it's currently impossible. RegisterFly ask to open a support ticket to fill account with PayPal. I did that two days ago and I've no answer.

I'm surprised. Is anyone here familiar with RegisterFly and use PayPal ?... If they can't take PayPal, I'll have to find another registar, but like I can't get an answer from them, I don't know.

I used to be a big fan of Registerfly. In fact, of my 100+ names registered (at one time), 75% of them were at RF. I have grown tired of waiting for this PayPal issue to get taken care of. It's frustrating enough to have to fill out a support ticket, but to have to wait and wait and wait for that money to be deposited into your RF account just makes me shake my head. I do like their deals and would love to use them again but it's not looking good.

Just today, I got tired of waiting for my money to be put in my account and decided to reg a name at GoDaddy instead. From what I have been reading, I suspect that I am not the only one that has done this.

I contemplated not posting in this thread as I still have 30+ names at RF and am wondering whether this will hurt my chances of future sales but I decided that sharing my experience was more important.

Hey Scott
I have been moving my names out of RegFly as fast as I can...
Today I just used their
"Customer Service NEW Rapid Response Support(1-2 Hour Responses)"
Sent them my problem...on clicking send I was told I would receive a response in I think it was 2-4 hours....been 10 and nothing. The problem I was addressing, the FAQ said to email them, so I did. I have been on them so much lately, very justifiably, in the last few months I am sure they now recognize my email address (I never lie about it) and just screw with me. Whatever...As I have said many times lately, they have kissed a customer of 4 years and hundreds of registrations good-bye.
Oh well...I wish all of you future loyal customers good luck...loyalty is a one way street with this company.
I do want to say that Paul (member regfly here) has attempted to help with issues and for that I was grateful. He is a good guy.
I guess I just feel that support should be able to handle support issues and the support with this company is hugely inadequate. Period.
I can remember when one of RegisterFly's "claims to fame" was the ease to which they interfaced with PayPal....Good Luck you guys.

Jim

Good question. And I doubt registerfly can answer that specifically, given it's
complex enough as it is.

One can only hope it'll be resolved at the soonest possible time. But if you
just can't wait, you'll just have to look elsewhere.

I wonder why the sudden change with their paypal system? I used to add funds with paypal and never had a bug issue or anything. The longer this "update" takes, the more potential customers they might be lossing... Hope they speed things up.

Flora.

Well, domains are not livestock, so I don't see why you'd need a manger for them!?
