Hi,
Can someone help me, I tried to renew my domains in december on the 5th and I noticed that the domains were not renewed, I emailed them and they told me they were looking into it on the 11th of December. But I got no reply so I opened another ticket on the 28th of December. But still I have not received a reply.
I tried to phone but it was engage.
And I tried to email via their live support button on the homepage today and the email bounced back.
I have checked my Credit card statement and they have charged me, what can I do?

an update : I finaly went up with live support, and it was only 1 hours after wich i was responded by a tech. He solved the issue immediatly. He did a manual registration, as the order was stuck in the middle...
* I suggest you guys should go for a live chat session, wait for a rep. to respond, no matter how long it takes.
