RegisterFly DOES NOT ALLOW me to renew my domains!

I have an important domain that has expired five days ago. Three days ago, I have attempted to renew the domain. It failed without reason. I have submitted a support ticket. NO ONE has answered it. I believe RegisterFly deliberately prevents customers from renewing the domains they have interest for! Beware!


ICANN, wake up! Your tolerance towards abusive registrars is unacceptable!

The same happened to me, with two domains I tried to renew...

i have 1 domain stuck on forward, it wont unlock or anything wont go to any nameservers at all, and another its saying it is avail in my account and the link itself is pointed to registerflys servers as outdated yet i got 2 years for both domains. Idk what happen or whats going on, tried calling email and support ticket. these are my only 2 domains worth developing and i cant do anything at ALL.

The same happened to me, My Credit card has been charged for renewal of two domains but none of them is renewed and i am trying to contact their support for last 15 days with no reply. Where is Paul (Regfly)?

I'm glad I don't have any domains at RF, if I had i would transfer them to a safe place at least the valuable once.
