How to renew my domains in Registerfly!!!

First of all, I would like to express my disappointment with registerfly.com. I wasted almost two hours trying to renew my domains, with NO success. When i tried to call them, they said the waiting time is at least half an hour...So I didn't. I tried using their chat system...but it doesn't work...not sure if it's only me, but I am really frustrated.

I have a bunch of .infos that I am trying to renew. They haven't expired yet. When I tried renewing them, registerfly added the money to my account, but didn't renew the name. When I tried again hoping to be able to use the money that is in my account, I was back to the same place, where they ask me to choose the method of payment, and you can't use the money existing in your balance. Not sure why they are complicating their life. Bottom line, my names are not renewed, and I am seeking help on how to deal with that.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

i had so much trouble with registerfly i moved to godaddy and have never regretted it ... godaddy is outstanding in customer service, why not move your domains to gd ?/ i had so much frustration with rfly i just gave up in frustration

How easy is it to do that? I already have money in my account, I doubt they will refund them to me. Can anyone tell me how to renew the domains? Please read my first post.

if the money is already in your account, try to renew your names again, it should work.
