I made quite a few transfers into Registerfly in order to enjoy the $3.75 promotion that is currently going on. However, after that, I read that they have horrid customer service, and at times steal clients' domain names without any legal grounds. Now I have changed my mind about the transfer.

I have responded to RegFly's transfer emails and authorised them. However, I am awaiting emails from the losing registrars (eNom & GD), so I have yet to confirm any of those requests.

If I change my mind and not authorise the transfer via the losing registrars's emails, will the transfers be cancelled and my credit card refunded by RegFly? Or would RegFly consider that a failed transfer and not refund me?

I would appreciate a prompt reply or comments, please.
RegFly sounds awful from the numerous reviews here and I am getting worried. Thank you.

When I've had a transfer fail, I got credit, so I'm pretty sure you will receive "credit," not a refund.

You probably saw the big, bold "No refunds" during the transfer process...

the best you can expect is a credit...refund I do not think so.....

I went to check RegFly again, and the transfer advertising banner shouts "No Risk - Pay Upon Success"... does this mean anything?

Edited to add:
I communicated with the 24/7 chat agent who confirmed that cancelled or failed transfers will be fully refunded to the credit card. One only has to inform RegFly asap. So that's what I did. Will update this thread with the outcome. But so far, their customer service seems ok and courteous - I hope that all the horror stories here are just the exceptions.

I reg'd 1 domain with them... :td: they hit my CC 8 times.... I had to call them 5 times to get refunded.... I will not be using them again!

regfly is bad news, dont use them!

Another little update: RegisterFly support has advised that a full credit card refund will be made once the automated system confirms all the cancelled transfers and refunds the paid amount to my account. Actually - their respond was swift and only took all of 4 minutes!

Does anybody know why eNom has not yet sent me any emails to reject/accept the transfers-out? GoDaddy has already sent me the numerous emails, and I have already rejected those transfers. But there has been no activity on eNom's side.
