In namepros if i post a domain name for Auction under Domain Auctions and if i am not happy about the price that the final bidder asked for can i choose not to sell? How does this work?

The best tip would be to start the bidding at a price you ARE happy to sell at because once a valid bid is placed it is considered binding for both parties until such time as a higher bid is placed. The only way you can withdraw a domain from a binding sale is if both seller and the winning bidder agree and there is sufficient reason to do so. Simply not liking the price would not be a sufficient reason to withdraw.

Hope this helps.

Namepros Auction Rule:

6.2.10. Auction holders must sell to the highest bidder with a valid bid at the end of the auction or to the first buyer to accept a valid Buy-It-Now ("BIN") price before the auction ends. Rule 6.1.17 applies.

Yeah, you can choose not to sell. Provided that you want to get your account possibly banned and/or penalized or have people label you as a bad business person. Once you get a label like that, you will loose more money in the long run than if you were to just accept a low winning bid and go through with the deal.

Don't start an auction at a price that you aren't willing to accept as a low bid if you aren't prepared to sell if the bids don't reach a price you want.

When in doubt of what a domain might be worth, post in the appraisal section to see what people think it's worth...

Good Luck.
