domain Really need your guys help with this one!!!

I just received an email today from a place called domainauctionhouse dot com. Here is the exact email they sent me.

Dear Sir,
I know you did not register with www. domainauctionhouse. com and post
this name for sale.
Unfortunately, the previous owner did and had neglected to let us know.
Today an offer in the amount of $500.(usd) which was their starting bid
has come to us.
I see you have it posted at Sedo and so I will assume you want to sell
it also.

Please let us know how you want to proceed. Do you want us to broker
for you? Do you want us to forward him to Sedo? or is this name NOT
for sale.

First of all are these guys legit, kinda seems so the way they put the email. The offer of $500 is great with me, but I dont want to do anything stupid... Can any one authenticate this????

I am sorry to be so urgent on this subject, but I really want to respond to this! With $500 at stake I dont want to mess around.

Do not negotiate out of Sedo. Stay within Sedo guidelines and you'll be fine. Do not do any transactions without a safety net and Sedo is your safety net.

You can close the deal $500 or take it to auction but stay in Sedo.
