domain I Need This Financial Website Appraised

This domain has been parked by a old buddie of mine and he said he will sell it to me. What do you guys think I should offer him? I dont want to be too low or too high just right. Below are the domains I want from him.

247Financialhelp.com -- I feel this domain isn't worth much because the search terms are very broad making it a hard to develop and profit niche. So value: $regfee

DecreaseYouPayments.com (Kind of like LowerMyBills.com idea I have)
Now It may just be me but this domain doesn't make sense to me perhaps if the domain was Decrease "Your" payments.com then It would flow a bit better but as it's written I'd have to say $regfee also

DecreaseMyPayment.com -- This domain I feel is the best out of the 3 listed here today. It makes sense and flows right when said out loud...now I did a quick search on google and there aren't many advertisers for this term which usually tells me either it's a untapped market or no money to be had in this niche. My appraisal for this domain is $xx low

The appraisal method involved google search and search volume tools etc....and a bit of opinion so by no means does this mean I'm correct or 100% on the money....So please allow me to thank you for allowing me to appraise your domains today.

There will be good reasons for not giving appraisals on domains which are not yet owned. Fairness. By giving this member advice on a proposed purchase you may have cost another member a sale opportunity. I understand your appraisal was in good faith and I like your pleasant style, but the rules have been thought out carefully and for the good of all.
