Real buyers at Sedo and other places

I have received a couple of emails showing interest in names I have parked at sedo.

How do you know if its a real offer or scam?

Yes I know the proof is in the (money in the bank) but have you let a sale slip by because you thought it was a scam or have you been caught out by scams
