Re-Sizing in Paintshop Pro 9

Hi,

I want to resize an image from 1600x1200 pixels down to 392x244 pixels.

When I try to do this there is a lot of lossiness and the qulaity of the resized image is very poor.

Can anyone offer me any guidance on how to resize an image by keeping as mush of the quality as possible.

The image is a colour jpeg of a garden.

Well...1600 x 1200 to 392x244 is a lot of downgrade. I'm not sure if PSP has the same quality of image size reductions than Photoshop, so, if you would like, you could send me the image and I can resize it for you in Photoshop.

Not sure if you'd get the same quality as your got in PSP though.
