Quyu.net | Buying a Domain Name Help

Hi

I want to buy a domain name from a seller at Quyu.net

He has initiated a push and set the price.

The buyer tells me that.
1) I need to accept - then make payment (recharge my quyu.net account)
2) I will then immediately get the domain pushed to my account and the buyer will get his money.

Is this correct ? Any additional information would be appreciated.

If he has initiated the push, then if you accept you will get the name. That's the way it works with most registrars - I haven't heard of Quyu. There is no payment involved, that's between you and the seller.

Using a registrar's market place does require a payment though.

This is a specific question regarding quyu.net - It's a Chinese registra and is a little different.
So i need someone who has actually dealt with quyu.net. They will understand what I am asking.
