Question - thinking of doing site - TM issue?

If you do a site similar to this?

and you put google adsense on it to make money off of it. Is it a TM issue or no? Basically I have a similar idea for a show that is very popular now. found a very good name for it that isn't anything too tm related. lets say the characters name is "frank" the site name I am looking at is

(noun)sof"frank".com

so I don't run in to TM issue in the name.

But I want to know if I put random images up and have a good ad next to it. Will that be a TM issue?

If it is, I have a really good site idea for something like this - why even make it other for enjoyment of other people? What could I possibly get out of running it?
