I registered duiAttorneyWisconsin . com today.

There is a site called WisconsinduiAttorney . com and it seems to be well established.

Is this a possible tm issue?

I would say no, unless there is a practice named "duiattorneywisconsin".

I don't believe you are dealing with a TM issue.
