Question for RSS guru or internet nerds.. lol

I have an RSS feed on a website of mine. This is what I want to accomplish:

I want the RSS feed to show only articles I compile, NOT by keywords, sources etc but articles I want..

So my question is:
Is there a service on the net that would allow me to "create" a custom RSS feed with only links I put into it and then feed this RSS feed to my website? So basically I would update my RSS feed everyday with links I want and in return then only those links would show on my site?
