Ok, one of my 2009 goals is to develop instead of park.....Im doing that with one of my sites now and want to add an RSS feed so it provides information based on the subject and keep the site fresh.

Question is how do I install this RSS feed and once its installed then from what I understand I can subscribe to other website feeds and that content will be shown on the my site?

If someone can give a very basic overview and where to get this RSS Feed software from I will for sure rep for their time!

Thank You

You can export RSS feeds from your blog - Wordpress has this inbuilt function in it.

If you have custom script then you can export the XML via PHP by querying the database.

If you want to show the RSS feeds in your site syndicated from other sites then you need RSS to HTML parser which can be a PHP code this takes the RSS from the external source and then prints the contents as HTML on your site.

This is I guess what I would need...The RSS would be for mini sites im throwing up for content. Any good place to start to get this plugin for a guy like me with no coding knowledge?

Well so far its ok..its not real pretty but I also did not take the time to customize it. I had to take the java version due to my softaware but if you can do PHP it will be great for seo
