Would it be allowed to use your DBP private whois on a sales letter to a potential end-user?

Well, why do you use private whois? To protect your privacy I guess.
Si it seems kind of logical to me that not everyone would be very willing to give out his personal information to an end user.
I thought this was a good idea for people without llc or ltd f.e.

it would be an extremely bad idea. Buyers will be very reluctant to even discuss buying your domain name if they do not know who you are and feel the need to hide.

Serious businesses are going to need to know who they are buying from.

The only necessary reason for trying to hide your identity from end users is squatting.
