as it's been more than 2 months and my issue with them is still pending I desided to share that info while I wait for the solution.

2 months ago I have bought 3 domains at godaddy in one order all with privacy (by domainsbyproxy) and here is where the problem starts. When I logged to my DbP account I found only 2 domains from these 3 I registered. As per their FAQ I contacted my registrar and they forwarded me to DbP. I have submitted a ticket and started to wait. 2 weeks no reply. I submitted one more ticket and also forwarded this to godaddy as well. Again was forwarded to DbP... never mind... in short I finally got some reply from DbP support in a month!!! It turned out that missing domain somehow got into some other account, not mine and they needed to merge them.

Finally I had to write them every week to remind of my issue and always got the respond that they were soon completing the merging. Can someone tell me how complex the process of merging is as it's been 2 months now and I still don't see my domain in my CP? I find that highly unprofessional and would never buy privacy from DomainsbyProxy again.

It's not supposed to be complex. But it appears something complicated indeed
had occurred at Go Daddy / DBP, otherwise it wouldn't take this long.

Only thing to do is to persist and constantly remind them to get the job done.

I'm going to PM you in a while, discovered something "interesting".

I have requested for dbp accounts to be merged in the past, and the normal time has been around 2 days. Might be easier to submit a new ticket just asking them to merge the two accounts, they may be getting confused with the whole ticket.

Go to dbp website, go to login page, click forgot password, select retrieve customer number, then setup a new ticket asking them to merge the two accounts. Tell them which account user name you would like keep, and also the last four digits of your credit card.

maybe u can try to call their customer service..i called them up for smth yesterday n response was quick nhelpful n my problems was solved..

thanks. I did submit tickets twice and every time got one and only reply. Your issue will be solved within 5-7 days. I'll give them a call.
