domain QPeP(dot)com - offer received - need appraisal

I received an offer for QPeP(dot)com of $300. I countered with $400 but I'm thinking maybe I should have gone higher. QPeP(dot)com is a pronounceable LLLL.com. What do you think?

I think $400 was a fair counter. The Q brings down the value, but like you said, it's still pronounceable.

Its obvious someone wants this name,even if there is a Q.I would not go lower than $350
