domain Received an offer, please appraise Androidthreesixty_com

Domain ends with 360.com not threesixty.com. Received an offer of 300 euros (about $400) on Sedo about 2 weeks ago. Looked it up and .net and .mobi were registered the same day by a German software company /software magazine (software-support dot biz). Sedo offer comes from Germany too, so I'm pretty sure it's the same company. I countered with 750 euros and haven't heard back, reduced the price to 695 euros eventually. I also e-mailed them directly and explained them about Sedo fees bla bla. Today they countered with 350 euros ($470). Do you think I should take it or counter again?

The sales you listed are only a handful of the Word360.com sales. There are plenty of really good ones that have sold for much cheaper such as -

Motocross360.com - $500

Mid $XXX is a fair price for that domain. I would accept the offer.
