Proxy Listing Site And Page Rank Site

Hi I would like review on those 2 sites:
PageRanker.net - simple site, will add more features in near future
YourProxies.com - proxy listing site - what do you think about it?

Both the sites are well designed and maintained .. Pagerank site is little bit simple but still it looks good to me and proxies site got very nice colour combinations too

Pageranker site is simple to the point altough a little description above the input box would make it a bit more obvious.
