I think you should decrease the banner height and make it much more compact (maybe 50 to 100 pixels high for this type of site)

there are a lot of ads...which is ok...but doubt site will get too popular to end users. But maybe I only think this because I know what adsense is.

Also don't like center alignment on top proxy list.

Other than that looks ok and will probably get clicks from people who visit.

Actually the site is very new one.. still i need some users to add their proxy sites and then re-arrange the top list... also i would like to add some more contents...

Right now i am eager about the forum and topsite.. please join the forum...
