Property is one of the top keyword. Pretty much all the top keywords in every ccTLD are taken. I think .am isn't a bad ccTLD at least it's a country with approximately 3 million people living in it. I couldn't believed that Property.am was available.

The issue with this TLD is with its registration/renewal fees. I do happen to own a single .am and .fm (i purcahased considerin radio)

I got the keyword Religion (Religion.am + Religion.fm)

Ive had minor interest, but thus far, I havnt seem many sales from this TLD.

I guess that's the bad thing about .am ccTLD is the high cost of registration/renewal fee. Right now I own 6 of them 5 being domain hacks and the property. I've been getting some offers in my .am domain hacks but I rejected most of them. I just hope there would be a cheaper registrar by next year that would only cost $50 or less so I could transfer them. IMO .am is one of a better ccTLD compare to islander ccTLDs like .gs .vc and so on
