Program for managing Name bis/Offers

I'm looking for a way to keep track of the following:

Offers I've recieved on names I own
Prices/Counteroffers I've given on names I own
Offers I've made on names I want.

With so many names, it's getting difficult to track all this. I'd like something that I can set up by domain name, with a history for each one. Besides the price data, I'd like to track who the other party is, their email, the date etc.

With this, I can then check it when it's time to do something on that particular name again, without forgetting what it was that I did before.

Some sort of hierarchical data program like MyNotesKeeper.comMyNotesKeeper.com would work. But, I want to make sure I get the right program before I start relying on it.

I don't want to use Excel since it's not great for large amounts of free-form data.

Anyone have any recommendations?

What about an online app? Something like an alert/domain manager that you can log in and check. If you think several would use it, I would consider developing it.

Try domainseller pro, a script owned by RJ, the owner of this forum. I've been using it for several years and use it to maintain my offers, database of names, counter offers, etc. It really only maintains offers to you though, not offers you've made to acquire domains.

Excel works fine for me. I also use domainsellerpro for online management and portfolio site.
