Program for domain brokers?

Hey all,

Is there a program that domain brokers can use to manage their customers, domains they are trying to sell, etc, as some brokers keep track of a lot manually, which is difficult and unorganized.

I'm writing one and want to know, is there a use for it? Are there others I could model after?
