Privacy Not Really True

How come I can see all the details of domains that are meant to have privacy enabled when I go to http://whois.domaintools.com/{domainnamehere.com}?
but if I go to http://www.internic.org/whois.html or http://www.whois.net then the privacy is intact?

It doesn't show here. I tried a few names and it is intact.

They "cache" data and update at their leisure.

it looks like it is working, it must have been the domains I checked had not been made private when I thoguht they were. I checked others and they worked.
