Can other registrars see your contact details even if you have privacy?

Been wondering this for a while.

If I originally registered a domain using, say, my godaddy account (with my name, address, #, etc) while also buying whois privacy at the same time, can another registrar like namecheap still see all my personal details through some sort of internal registry network?

Or could another registrar connect all my whois privacy-enabled domains together to the same goddady account in general?

Shortly said - no, the other registrars should not be able to see your details internally. This would create a big security threat and options for exploit from the other registrars. And the tracking back of a problem would become impossible as everyone would be a potential suspect. Logically speaking, the global registry (ICANN) should be the only ones having information from other registrars, as they send confirmation and approval mails for the domains, so they will naturally need the registrant details.
