Pre-regged eu domain still pending

I only pre-regged one eu domain, via GoDaddy, the status is still "application pending", is it normal?

Check your pre-registered domain here:
http://www.whois.eu

If it in your name on that site, then you own the name but it hasnt arrived at your account yet... or most likely it will have been taken by another person or has been applied for in the sunrise.
