advice Potential Buyer Requesting for ICAAN ownership proof

Hi guys,

I tried outbounding one of my domains and I got a reply from one of the potential buyer saying
"Ok may be interested if it’s a fair price.
But you have to prove ownership via ICANN"

How should I reply?

He can contact the icann privacy email on Whois if he wants to. That email would go to you.

Lifting privacy doesn’t prove its you unless he’s good with the Whois email also being your email.

You could point the name somewhere like to an s3 bucket on AWS to prove that you have control of a domain. I did this before just before a sale.

I put a message like "Hi [NAME]" so that they could see it, like a real professional
