I am not talking about brands .mobi but non-brand .mobi domains owned by major corporations.

Interesting that even the big-boys didn't go for generic one-worders, or maybe they did but wern't successful??

For my ihotels.mobi site, I wanted to have the site done so that it would be very basic to look at. Plain colours, simple text and a few images. The site works with a hotel booking affiliate scheme - I contacted the people there and explained that I was looking to develope a site for mobile internet use, and explained the type of layout I wanted ( colours, sizes etc ) and they were able to fix me a very plain and simple design - which is what I think one would need when using sites on a mobile.

The logo was one I did myself using Photoshop. Nothing too flashy or special, but I think the overall appearance is fairly decent.

For the site, I will be expanding some of the pages ( as soon as time permits ), where I will have information about the various countries, cities, etc. But for now, I just wanted to have the site up with something on it.
