    Jeep*exclusive*com
    $5000
    Dan.com

Note: I have a feeling that this might be real but buyers email was not correct maybe a letter was missing and phone number to. Buyer used domainltd as his name to submit the offer. Don't know how to trace him even though I know he is based in uk

I've been getting some offers from [email protected] and when I replied to one for $1000 I got a pidgeon English reply back where they said they could help me with webdesign etc.

Also a $10,000 offer for 1 domain but they didn't get back to me.

I too got a fake offer of $12500 for a 4L dot com, on dan.com. I think they don't have any verification mechanism for making offers above $5k, 10k etc. You create a new account, make offers and just disappear.

About a year ago I got an offer on Uniregistry for bigskytraffic | com. The offer was 8,300,000,000 -- eight billion! I countered with the actual price but never heard back.

    1. Someone have similar domain name/s and the owner's hope that you will make ... well ... desperate move and leave a/t footprint (s.a. posting here, poisoning your valuable name).

    2. You’re victim of an organizational effort in a hope to put down / slow down one or more of the marketplaces. (today focus is on Dan, tomorrow on Efty, Sedo, ... etc)

    3. You’re confronted with a bunch of data bots. (And bots like a lot posts like this, actually waiting for y reaction, your ID)

    4. Tracking GA Analytics code, figuring out and connecting dots, selling raw data.

    5. Marketers, selling services

    Regards
