One of my domain names, which was leased to a buyer, was canceled by Afternic as the buyer defaulted. The Afternic TA team sent me an email with the transfer code for the domain name, so I can get back the domain name. As the domain name has an expiry in 2026, I asked them if they could move the domain name to my GoDaddy account instead of me transferring it out to another registrar. Itβs been 16 days now, there has been no response from the TA team to my query. I sent a follow-up email 12 days ago and another one 5 days ago.
Why is the Afternic TA team so incompetent? Why don't they respond to customer emails? I am disappointed with their attitude, and poor customer support.
