10 days ago, I sold my domain via Afternic's Fast Transfer network. The domain was successfully transferred to the buyer from the very first day, but I still haven’t received my payment even the payout date is not scheduled. I have messaged the TA Agent directly and mailed to [email protected] and [email protected], but haven't got any single reply from them. Please solve this ASAP, its so frustrating.

@m_irfan - Have you tried calling them?

If that's not an option, simply forward your sale confirmation email to Transaction Assurance.

The fact is, the payout speed depends entirely upon which Fast Transfer partner it sold through.

For example, if it sold through Godaddy, the payout speed is fairly quick.

If it didn't sell through Godaddy, it could and usually does take approximately 10 days before you see a payout scheduled. (Give or take.)

Keep in mind, not much will happen over the weekend.

I mailed them and got this reply from [email protected] -

"Upon further review, our records indicate that our Transaction Assurance team is currently working on completing the transaction for the domain xxxxx.com. At this time we do not have an estimated timeframe for the resolution, however our Transaction Assurance team will get back to you an update as soon as possible."

The new registrar is from Shang hai, China

It's been 12 days since I sold the name; I don't know when this got resolved. Their answer is not satisfying. It's like they don't know much about it. My question is why do they call Fast Transfer if it takes too much time?

@m_irfan, Try calling them on Monday. When prompted, press the number for Transaction Assurance. A Transaction Assurance agent should be able to better assist you.

sadly it's not rare for them to take 10 to 20ndays to pay
