I'm sure somewhere in all this info this ? has probably been asked and answered but I could not easily find it.

How long should you wait for a response aftering PMing someone an offer to sell before assuming they don't want your name.

Many people never respond back, are offers bindable for any lenght of time?

Assume when sending that you will never get a reply. Perhaps the domain is not right, the price might be too high, your TR could have been low, the person might have run out cash, etc. and the list is not exhaustive.

Imagine how many PMs the member has to read. He only responds when he sees a domain that he likes and that is not out of his budget. Some say their budget is low $xx- mid $xxx per domain. So say you pm'd a nice domain for mid $xxx, he will ignore you because he is probably looking to pay $xx for domains and not the $xxx. :D

So your saying don't give them any time to respond just PM them and move on to the next.

I just wanted to make sure offer to sell is not bindable for any length of time. First to respond gets it?

When sending your domain and price, state that it is valid for 48 hours from time of sending, or as long as you would like to make it. I think 48 hours is decent. Even I use 48 hours (for payment) when accepting an offer on a domain via email, and it doesn't chase the buyer away. It let's them know you are serious, and that you will offer it to someone else.
