I applied for a domain name transfer to another company.
How do I approve a domain name transfer?
I am unable to confirm the transfer requests. In the confirmation email I received, the Approve button is unresponsive.
I also visited the provided link for approval, but the website is not loading correctly.
When I click the Approve link, it simply redirects me to the Cosmotown homepage.

I also checked the message box on the management page, I tried to approve from their, it is of no help.
I also checked the help page, but there was no content on how to approve the domain transfer successfully.
If anyone has ever transferred a domain name from Cosmotown to another company, please let me know.

Cosmotown is a scam company!
All domain transfer codes are incorrect.
I submitted a support ticket 13 days ago, and it still hasn't been resolved!
The last time they replied to me was 8 days ago!

This is frustrating. I have contacted them via Twitter, email, and a support ticket. While their social media presence is quite active, their customer service response is unacceptable.
