Fast transfer from Epik is not allowed

Hi,

I just tried to transfer the domain without waiting 5 days.
Got an approve msg from Epik. Clicked on it but nothing happens.

Do you wish to approve this transfers? I clicked on the APPROVE link/button
and Epik says "Transfer Out will automatically happen in 5 days."
and still shows "Do you wish to approve this transfers?"

What a weird Registrar.

Was it sorted out? I could not get auth code. Its showing an error like your domain is not at this registrar. In fact its there.
