Hey guys, I am close to finishing my website, please tell me what you guys think. The only problem I see right now is that it is a bit slow. I think the problem is coming from the hosting company. But again, any suggestions and comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The paragraph that begins "Ever thought of learning..." has a few problems.
1: The white text overlaps the photo
2: The red "read more" overlaps the white text
3: The white text is in different sizes/fonts, so looks messy

Hmm...The design is excellent. But I have a few suggestions.
The two images in the third row. They look like ads. Might scare people of. So try to insert those small info in the top banner itself. Also get the video to a place below the top banner. Users must know that they can watch a sample in the first screen(the view which they see before scrolling down). Many users leave actually-interesting sites when they see less content. A media thing like a video should be able to catch their attention.

Hey guys thank you so much for the great feedback. It has been a great big headache getting this site up and running. I am worried because I feel the site loads a bit slow, so I was just seeing if you guys also caught on to that. Sometimes it takes me 10-15 seconds to load the home page. Its ridiculous when that happens. I just don't want to turn away potential visitors with the lag. Keep in mind that all of the videos are hosted on my server. I am have the site on a godaddy shared hosting plan, so im thinking that the problem is with the connection string on the server, im going to be switching the website over to a dedicated server real soon. Again, any more comments they are all greatly appreciated!

Yep, this site really looks good, nearly perfect

One thing though, it loads slow because of all the flash elements, takes too long

As was said earlier, the flash elements to make the page load very slow.
I could only suggest that you somehow fix that, because it took me 18.844 seconds to load your front page..

I agree with all the comments above
What i wanted to add is that the last part of the page (from the logo to the Home More Info About Us Programs News Videos Contact Us) looks a bit empty compared with the previous section rows

The font is the default font, i think if you change it to Verdana or other from this would look better
