Please Help Me Change My Username

I put in a "PM to Staff" but no one has responded, so I'll try and get some public help. Has anyone ever tried to change their username in the store, only to have it say "Name already registered" when the name is nowhere to be found in the memberlist?

I didn't want to have to bother RJ with something small like this, figured it was something staff could help out with. I'll give it a little more time. Thanks though.
