Please help! How to transfer the .Be domain

I sold a .be domain in Bodis marketplace and want to know how to transfer .Be domain.

I got the auth code XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX form DNS.BE(official) and sent it to bodis escrow and buyer.
I have received the transfer email From DNS.BE and forward it to bodis.
The bodis escrow team help the buyer to create a name.com account and transfer it to name.com.
But it doesn't works.I wait for the result one month .
What do I need to know when I transfer a .be domain to other registrant.

You have to initiate not a "transfer" but a "trade" because the owner changes.
Go to www.dns.be look up their phonenumber (bottom of the page).
It's also only via dns.be that you can chech the whois-status.
CALL THEM. They're time is GMT+2h (Brussels summertime) and are opened from 9 AM till 5 PM on weekdays only. They do know english.
But the transfers and trades are going usually smoothly.
There has to have happened something.
It's also possible that now you have to ask for a new authorizationcode, since it's already a month.

You have to know 1 thing : For .be .nl and .eu you get 1 extra year after a transfer or a trade BUT the extra year BEGINS at the moment you do the transfer.(so the renewal doesn't start at the end of the " current running year") (so you get 1 year, but you loose the rest of the running year).

The trade system is over. Now it's transfer with or without change of owner.
He did everything he could.
Perhaps the other party is clueless or should try to initiate the transfer from another registrar. Many registrars (including some big ones) do not handle incoming transfers well at all.
