Please Ban Trademarked Domain Appraisals

The Domain Appraisal forum is a great resource and I enjoy having my domains appraised and appraising other domains, but I can't help but notice the large number of trademarked domains being posted. It's getting a tad a annoying seeing dozens of threads for appraisals of domains that clearly violate trademark law. Usually they end with a discussion of legal liabilities and the owner gets no real appraisal.

Why not create a sticky thread about why trademarked domains are a liability and ban appraisals for obviously trademarked names? I think it would save domain owners and posters a lot of time in the end.
